Tell us what we got wrong
The most useful message you can send is a specific one: the page, the claim, and the vendor URL that contradicts it. Every value here is dated precisely so that this kind of report is easy to make and easy for us to act on.
What happens next
We re-open the vendor page ourselves rather than taking the correction on trust, because that is the same rule the original claim had to pass. If the page has changed, the value and its date are updated and the review's change log records what moved. If the page still says what we quoted, we will send you the quote.
